Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• leading team in its Agile transformation
• coaching team members in order to improve their understanding of Agile and its frameworks
• removing the impediments for the scrum team
• facilitating an agile team for better creativity and improving efficiency
• arranging scrum meetings and facilitating them
• helping teams to self-organize their work
• creating a work environment based on trust, cooperation and problem solving
• learning, expanding knowledge and skills needed for this role

Expectations:

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• very good Scrum understanding
• good organizational and problem-solving skills
• SDLC knowledge
• fluent English
• being open-minded and thinking outside of the box

Nice to see:

• experience in IT (e-commerce, SaaS, mobile)
• project management skills
• any programming knowledge
• experience with tracking tools (redmine, jira)
• Scrum Master certification
